FREE DELIVERY* UK Orders over £50 net of VAT are shipped without charge to UK MAINLAND addresses. UK MAINLAND orders below £50 net of VAT are charged £4.95 during checkout. Deliveries to NOTHERN IRELAND and all other OFFSHORE addresses are charged at a flat £13.50. In stock items ordered before 12noon MONDAY through FRIDAY are shipped out the SAME DAY. UK mainland orders are shipped via ROYAL MAIL or CITYLINK depending on weight and size for NEXT WORKING DAY DELIVERY. Items marked *** are shipped direct from manufacturer at no extra charge but may not be included in our NEXT WORKING DAY service. We will arrange direct delivery and confirm scheduling to you. International orders are shipped using different couriers and different time frames. Items marked *** may not be available to your country - please contact us to confirm before placing your order. ROYAL MAIL 1ST CLASS DELAYS Royal Mail aim to deliver all 1st class post within 1 to 2 working days, however if your order is delayed more than 5 days, please inform us immediately and we will send out a replacement. A delay of more than 15 days is considered lost. During periods leading upto holidays please add an additional day to the above. Please note should you wish to cancel an order due to a delay that has been shipped a 10% restock charge will be deducted from any credit given. RETURNS
Cooling Off Period - If you change your mind...
...you have seven working days after receipt of your order to change your mind and cancel. If you decide to cancel you need to inform us within the seven working days of receipt of goods. This should be done by going to the orders section of your account, viewing the order that contains the item to be returned and clicking on the RETURN link under the item. Please fill in the form provided and take a note of the RETURN NUMBER. We will contact you with further instructions.
Remember that you must take care of the goods and return them
to us in an unused condition. If you are unable to return them arrangements will be made to collect the goods - you will be charged for the collection
If you have paid in advance, we will refund your money
within 30 days less 10% credit card chargeback fee/handling fee. Your refund may also effect the discount you received on your initial order. You will have to pay for the cost of returning the
goods.
Incorrect or Damaged items...
...you have three working days to inform us of incorrect or damaged goods after delivery. This should be done by going to the orders section of your account, viewing the order that contains the item to be returned and clicking on the RETURN link under the item. Please fill in the form provided and take a note of the RETURN NUMBER. We will contact you with further instructions. Please keep all packaging and damaged items as these may need to be inspected.
Missing items...
...please note we operate a BACKORDER system and items you may have ordered could be out of stock temporarily. Rather than delaying your whole delivery we may have shipped out the rest of your order and will forward the BACKORDERED items automatically. You should have received an email letting you know your order has been PART SHIPPED.
If you have not received that email and if your order status has been moved to SHIPPED we may have made an error in packing your order. Please call 0844 884 2606 and we will sort this out as quickly as possible.
