As a valued client we wanted to update you on our response to COVID-19.
Our online store remains open, operational within the governments parameters and processing all orders on time. During lockdown our physical shop remains closed however Click and Drop is available. Colleagues are working telephone lines from home for orders but will be unable to provide technical help. Please email instead.
Currently we are receiving regular deliveries and collections. We will continue to provide our service until collections cease.
PLEASE NOTE all delivery times and estimates are approximate and depend upon local conditions. We would recommend that if an item is urgent you select an enhanced delivery to avoid delays.
As the COVID-19 situation continues to evolve, the health and welfare of everyone in our community including, colleagues, customers and suppliers remain our highest priority. We are reviewing the recommendations provided by the Government and relevant authorities on a daily basis and we would like to assure you of our continuity of service.

All repairs and installations have been SUSPENDED However items can be left and collected at a later date.
Whilst the situation continues to develop and the scale of disruption remains uncertain, we will continually adjust our operations to suit and remain committed to offering the highest level of customer service.
Our supply chain remains largely unaffected and we have a business continuity plan in place to maintain excellent stock levels across our range.
Our online shop is available 24/7 from any location!
Our sales team are currently still on site and we are encouraging all of our customers to place orders online as we can monitor and support these orders from any location should our sales staff have to work from home.
