As a valued client we wanted to update you on our response to COVID-19.
Our online site remains open and operational within the governments parameters and our Orderline is open. However colleagues are working from home and will be unable to provide technical help. Please email instead.
Currently we are receiving regular deliveries and collections. We will continue to provide our service until collections cease.
As the COVID-19 situation continues to evolve, the health and welfare of everyone in our community including, colleagues, customers and suppliers remain our highest priority. We are reviewing the recommendations provided by the Government and relevant authorities on a daily basis and we would like to assure you of our continuity of service.
We have increased the health and safety protocols in place, including;
We have initiated a Single Visitor Policyto our office and warehouse. Please observe social distancing and follow the guidance of our staff. We can accept card payments only.
All repairs and instalations have been resumed. However items will need to be left and collected at a later date.
Whilst the situation continues to develop and the scale of disruption remains uncertain, we will continually adjust our operations to suit and remain committed to offering the highest level of customer service.
Our supply chain remains largely unaffected and we have a business continuity plan in place to maintain excellent stock levels across our range.
Our online shop is available 24/7 from any location!
Our sales team are currently still on site and we are encouraging all of our customers to place orders online as we can monitor and support these orders from any location should our sales staff have to work from home.
