Our aim at Wintecs is to supply as many of our UK customers as possible with a FREE DELIVERY SERVICE.

Orders over £59 delivered FREE NEXT DAY DELIVERY

net of VAT made before 2:00pm Monday through Friday are generally despatched by FEDEX24 or Royalmail24 for NEXT DAY DELIVERY.

Orders over £10 delivered FREE TWO DAY DELIVERY

net of VAT made before 2:00pm Monday through Friday are generally despatched by FEDEX48 or Royalmail48 for TWO DAY DELIVERY.

This means any order received before 2pm Friday will be out for delivery Monday whilst orders received after 2pm Friday and over the weekend will be out for delivery Tuesday.  Bank Holidays are not counted as Working Days.  CHRISTMAS through NEW YEAR dispatch - during this period only or during extreme weather conditions - delivery may take a little longer. Customers choosing this option accept this condition.

Orders over £10 but under 1 KILO 

can still be shipped FREE using the Royalmail48 option.

Orders over 1 KILO with a value of less than £59

net of VAT will be shipped using FEDEX48 or RoyalMail48 this will incur a charge calculated at checkout

Orders over 1 KILO with a value of more than £59

net of VAT will be shipped using FEDEX48 this will incur a charge calculated at checkout

Need it Faster?

Orders under £59 net of VAT can be shipped using a paid service.  Charges will depend on the weight and speed in which you require your order. This can range from as little as £2.50 for Royalmail24 to a maximum of £4.95 for FEDEX24.

Delivery Addresses

We can deliver direct to you, to your workplace. It´s easy to add another delivery address to your account, just select deliver to a different address or person when you´re checking out or go to My Account, where you can manage your address list. All addresses will be saved & available to pick every time you order.

Order Tracking

Once your item has been dispatched you will receive an email with the courier's details and your consignment number. NOTE: Items marked 7, 14 or 21 days cannot be tracked as they are dispatched directly from the supplier.

Planning ahead

Please note the above deliver schedules are to be used as a guide only as is it impossible to anticipate any possible delays.  There we suggest that you do not schedule or commence any work until after you have received your order and checked all the goods for any defects or missing parts. This will enable you to resolve any technical questions or to order specific additional fittings as necessary.  We will try hard of course to resolve as quickly as possible any delivery issues but offer no compensation for any lost work or other expense incurred by you for late delivery.
