Product Description
The one shot stand alone allows the user to stop the pump instantly, the pressure in the system dissipates so there is no strain on the pump as it tries to pump against a restriction IE manual tap or twisted hose.
The remote stops the pump well before the pressure switch would cut in again reducing strain on the motor plus hose and connectors. Stopping the pump also reduces battery current draw slightly as well as reducing wasted water as the user moves window to window, although the reduction per window is small over a period the user would require less water less resin and DI cartridges.
The Radio remote would quickly pay for it self. Even if used with pump alone where the user has no controller.
The one shot will operate with any pump controller as well and have a similar effect as described above, the pump would stop ahead of the controller dead ending the pump again reducing pressure in the system.
A big advantage of the stand alone is that the unit is fitted to the trolley or tank system so no weight is added to the pole no manual tap or addition to the pole is required at all.
